Der er intet, der tyder på, at freden har sænket sig over Højby i Odsherred. Konflikten mellem kunstsmeden Markus Hvass og iværksætteren Simon Larsen - naboer i det naturskønne område, hvor også mange kendte har sommerhus - fortsætter i højeste gear i afsnit 2 af TV 2-dokumentaren ”Naboen fra helvede”, som stadig kan ses på TV 2 Play. Simon Larsen er godt i gang med at realisere sin drøm om en 18-hullers minigolfbane med storskærmsarrangementer, der involverer stegt flæsk, pølser og Premiere-is. Markus og hans sambo, lydhealeren Lisa, forsøger at realisere deres drøm om et lille økologisk landbrug og et liv i harmoni med naturen. De to drømme er svært forenelige. Markus føler, hans drøm bliver smadret af friturelugt og støj fra minigolfgæsterne. Mens Simon har svært ved at leve…
