MARIE OG JOACHIM MØDTE HARRY

Der var royal opbakning i rødt og hvidt til Invictus Games i Canada. Prins Joachim og prinsesse Marie sørgede for, at vores atleter til veteran-legene fik masser af opmærksomhed og respekt. Og så hilste Marie og Joachim på prins Harry.

Prins Joachim og prinsesse Marie var den 14. og 15. februar i Vancouver i Canada for at heppe på de danske atleter til Invictus Games. De særlige sportslege for soldaterveteraner byder på lidt af hvert, og Joachim og Marie, der bor i Washington D.C i USA, blev et par dage i Canada for at nå så meget som muligt. Prinseparret nåede at besøge de danske atleter og overvære flere træninger, og så var de også at finde blandt tilskuerne under flere af konkurrencerne. Parret nåede såmænd også at møde Storbritanniens prins Harry, der i 2014 var hovedkraften bag de første veteranlege i London. Med deres deltagelse var prinseparret med til at understrege betydningen af støtte til og fællesskab for de veteraner, der har tjent deres land. Midt i at sætte…
