For Mathias Gidsel er det en glæde, at hans fremtid er på plads både professionelt og privat de næste år. Den tyske håndboldklub Füchse Berlin og Mathias Gidsel har forlænget deres samarbejde frem til sommeren 2029. Han elsker at bo i Berlin sammen med sin kæreste Katrine Kirkelund, og klubben Füchse Berlin vil med Mathias som den store stjerne nu satse alt for at nå til tops i tysk og europæisk klubhåndbold.
