Billie Eilish’s “Birds of a Feather” takes flight to No. 1 on Mainstream Top 40. She earns her third leader on the airplay list after “Therefore I Am” and “bad guy” reigned for two weeks each in April 2021 and August 2019, respectively. The song is Eilish’s second Mainstream Top 40 top 10 from her latest album, Hit Me Hard and Soft, after “Lunch” reached No. 10 in August. The set, released May 17, has earned 1.5 million equivalent album units in the United States through Sept. 19, according to Luminate. “Birds of a Feather” also perched atop the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl.
