‘The R9X proved itself extremely capable at the Red Bull Romaniacs’ TOURATECH’S LIMITED EDITION R9X – there will be just five built – is being billed as ‘Ultimate Off-road Boxer’. Produced in-house by Touratech technicians with a list of ingredients to match the purposeful look, this is no show pony for the Touratech parts catalogue. If you’re doubting its credentials then consider the prototype already proved itself extremely capable at the Red Bull Romaniacs, competing the Iron class in 2017. Think of it like the race bike version of a GS with all the touring parts and comfort removed: tuned to enduro with slimmer dimensions, less weight (actual figures not yet released) and with vastly improved suspension, tyres and brake performance.
