Pour oser se lancer J’ai commencé à courir à l’âge de 9 ans, un peu par hasard. À l’époque, je n’avais pas encore trouvé de sport qui me plaisait vraiment, mais mon père et ma meilleure amie s’étaient lancés dans la course à pied dans le club de mon village. C’est comme ça que j’ai débuté quelque chose qui a changé ma vie. Si j’ai un conseil à donner, c’est de ne pas trop réfléchir et de foncer. On regrette rarement d’avoir osé, mais toujours de ne pas avoir essayé.
