RED AND GREEN SEVEN-LAYER BARS Preparation time 20 minutes Bake 25 minutes Makes 30 bars 1 450g roll refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough180g white baking chocolate, chopped, or 1 cup white baking chips180g butterscotch candies (we used Werther’s)1 cup lightly salted roasted cashew pieces, cocktail peanuts, or salted mixed nuts, coarsely chopped1 397g can sweetened condensed milk1 cup red and green candy-coated milk chocolate pieces1⅓ cups flaked or shredded coconut STEP 1 Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan. Line a 32x22cm baking pan with baking paper, extending paper over edges. For crust, cut cookie dough into 1cm slices. Press onto bottom of prepared pan, covering bottom completely. Bake 5 minutes.
