CHOCOLATE-MALTED MILK BISCOTTI Hands on 30 minutesBake 41 minutes,Cool 1 hourMakes 24 cookies. 1¾ cups plain flour¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder¼ cup malted milk powder1 tsp baking soda½ tsp salt3 eggs60g salted butter, melted1 cup sugar1 tsp vanilla1 cup coarsely chopped malted milk balls½ cup milk chocolate chips STEP 1 Preheat oven to 160°C/140°C fan. Line a cookie sheet with baking paper. STEP 2 In a large bowl stir together first five ingredients (through salt). Make a well in the centre of flour mixture. In a medium bowl whisk together eggs, butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add egg mixture to flour mixture; stir until dough starts to form a ball.
