Rulltårta går så snabbt och lätt att baka att man inte kan låta bli! Vi frestar med fem fina rullar med härliga fyllningar och vackra dekorationer.

Drottningtårta med kolasås Karamelliserad mjölk kallas på spanska dulce de leche. En ljuvlig kolasås som passar bra i bakverk! 10–12 bitar 3 ägg1½ dl strösocker2 dl vetemjöl½ dl potatismjöl1½ tsk bakpulver1 tsk vaniljsocker2 msk mjölk Fyllning ca 2 dl karamelliserad mjölk (dulce de leche)ca 1½ dl vispgräddeca 250 g hallon och blåbär Garnering 1–1½ dl vispgräddeca 100 g hallon och blåbär Ugn 250° Gör så här 1. Vispa ägg och socker pösigt. Sikta samman vetemjöl, potatismjöl, bakpulver och vaniljsocker. Rör ner mjölblandningen i smeten tillsammans med mjölken. Bred ut smeten i en långpanna, ca 30x40 cm, med bakplåtspapper. 2. Grädda i mitten av ugnen ca 5 minuter. 3. Stjälp upp kakan på ett sockrat bakplåtspapper. Ta bort papperet som rulltårtan gräddats på. Låt svalna under långpannan eller en fuktig handduk.…
