Spröda hallondubbletter 50–60 st dubbla, stora och små blandat Mördeg 5 dl vetemjöl2 dl florsocker1½ tsk vaniljsocker225 g smör, halvmjukt1 ägg Fyllning 250 g vit choklad100 g hallon4 msk vispgrädde Garnering 1–2 msk smält smör1 dl strösocker3–3½ dl florsocker1 liten äggvitanågra droppar röd hushållsfärg Ugn 175° Gör så här 1. Mördeg: Blanda mjöl, florsocker och vanilj. Tillsätt smöret skuret i kuber. Blanda snabbt ihop till en smulig deg. Tillsätt ägget och blanda till en slät deg. Använd gärna matberedare. Tänk på att bara precis köra samman till en deg. Låt degen vila i kylen insvept i plast ca 30 minuter. 2. Kavla ut degen tunt, till ca 3 mm tjocklek. Ta ut kakor med blomformade mått, stora och små.
