Mumsig HALLONTOPP

Att smaksätta grädde med godis är ett enkelt sätt att ge kakan det lilla extra. Här smälter vi ner geléhallon och toppar chokladkakan med härligt rosa fluff.

Chokladkaka med geléhallongrädde Imponera med dessa ljuvliga rutor som toppas med spritsad hallongrädde. ca 24 rutor250 g mörk choklad175 g smör, mjukt4½ dl strösocker4 ägg3½ dl vetemjöl½ dl kakao2 tsk vaniljsocker1 krm saltGeléhallongrädde4½ dl vispgrädde75 g geléhallonev röd hushållsfärgGarneringdekorationspärlorUgn 175° Gör så här 1. Smält chokladen. Rör samman smör och socker. Tillsätt äggen, ett i taget, under omrörning. Rör i chokladen. 2. Blanda mjöl, kakao, vaniljsocker och salt. Vänd ner det i smeten. Bred sedan ut smeten i en långpanna, ca 25x35 cm, med bakplåtspapper. 3. Grädda i mitten av ugnen, ca 25 minuter. Låt kakan svalna. 4. Geléhallongrädde: Häll grädden i en kastrull. Tillsätt geléhallonen. Låt smälta på svag värme. Obs, blandningen får inte koka! Tillsätt ev lite färg. Låt svalna. Ställ in i kylen, minst 4 timmar. 5.…
