Brownies à la New York En av de godaste brownies jag ätit fick jag på ett litet enkelt café i East Village i New York för något år sedan. Det här är mitt försök att återskapa det semesterminnet och jag tycker att jag lyckats bra! 20 st 150 g mandelmassa4 msk mörk rom100 g margarin el smör100 g mörk choklad el mörkblockchoklad2 ägg2 dl strösocker1 1⁄2 dl vetemjöl1 tsk bakpulverTopping100 g mörk choklad el mörkblockchoklad Ugn 175° Gör så här 1. Riv mandelmassan grovt på ett rivjärn och lägg den i en liten skål. Häll rom över mandelmassan och låt det dra i 15 minuter. 2. Smält matfettet i en kastrull.
