Biscotti med nötter & choklad Skorpor är alltid bra att ha hemma – de här håller sig fint länge i lufttät burk. ca 50 st 2 ägg2 dl strösocker3½ dl vetemjöl3/4 dl kakao2 tsk vaniljsocker2 tsk snabbkaffepulver1 tsk bakpulver1 krm salt75 g pistaschnötter50 g mörk chokladUgn 175°, 100° Gör så här 1. Vispa ägg och socker poröst. 2. Blanda mjöl, kakao, vanilj, snabbkaffe (krossa det till ett fint pulver i morteln först), bakpulver och salt. Rör ner det i äggsmeten. Hacka nötterna och chokladen. Tillsätt dem och rör samman till en deg. 3. Dela degen i tre bitar. Rulla ut till längder. Lägg dem på plåt med bakpapper. 4. Grädda i mitten av ugnen på 175° ca 25 min.
