"Tanta regulación y ¿qué pasa con los microcoches?"

He pasado mis vacaciones en un pueblo gallego y me sorprendió mucho la gran cantidad de microcoches que me encontré por allí. Sé que son legales, aunque parecen tan endebles que me daría cosa subirme a uno. El asunto es que, cuando los he visto en circulación, rara era la vez que el conductor no estuviera cometiendo alguna infracción. Uno llegó a meterse en dirección prohibida y hacerme parar en mitad de un paso de cebra -porque si no, quizás me hubiera atropellado–. Con la presión sancionadora que tenemos los demás, parece que estos se libran de todo por no tener carné.
