Hyundai’s Ioniq 6 is the latest addition to the brand’s EV portfolio. Sharing its electrical architecture with the Ioniq 5 SUV, Ioniq 6 has more of a traditional sedan layout with a boot, albeit one with a futuristic vibe. Think of it as Hyundai’s answer to the popular Tesla Model 3. Its slippery shape makes for a distinctive design, one that occasionally prioritises aerodynamic efficiency over practicalities. Prices start at $74,000 plus on-road costs for the Dynamiq, which gets a single electric motor that produces 168kW/350Nm, driving the rear wheels and a claimed range of 614km.
