CFMOTO’S NEW CF-X electric motocross concept has certainly turned heads, but true to form, they’re playing it close to their chest. While details are scarce, the CF-X appears to promise serious punch, reportedly comparable to a conventional 450cc ICE. What do we know? It features an lightweight frame designed for a low center of gravity. The inclusion of WP suspension and high-end components suggests the CF-X is a serious machine. The CF-X’s electric motor allegedly offers instant torque and acceleration, which, combined with its adjustable electronics and three riding modes, could spell a competitive edge. Yet, the specifics remain under wraps. A liquid-cooled radiator mounted in the rear hints at some interesting tech but exactly how they plan to deliver this electric motocrosser remains to be seen.
