Tim Drake/Robin There are few superheroes as iconic as Robin. After decades of jokes and speculation, the Tim Drake version of the character was revealed to be bisexual in 2021 when he heroically rescued his boyfriend Bernard from the villainous Chaos Monster. As far as flag bearers go, there’s no one better suited for the job! We’re also sure that Chris McDonnell’s Robin in 1997’s Batman & Robin, clad in his superhero suit’s well-defined bum and prominent nipples, was a gay awakening for a lot of people. Poison Ivy Continuing the Batman & Robin connection, Uma Thurman’s interpretation of Poison Ivy is just one of many camp aspects of Joel Schumacher’s film. This scheming eco-terrorist has over the years developed a relationship with fellow super-villainess Harley Quinn, another worthy inclusion for this list.…
