What do you do when you are quarantined from most of the world, closed off from the aroma of buttery popcorn in movie theaters, or your favorite sit-down restaurant on Saturday nights? I shop on Etsy, which makes sense, as creating in my art journals has brought me joy throughout the years. I especially love creating a visual landscape of French ephemera, decorative tape, lace, and paint on the pages. Etsy is the perfect shopping mall when you are in a lockdown, with so many places to find beautiful ephemera, miles of decorative tape, and libraries of handmade journals from all over the world.
