KRÄMIG KYCKLINGPANNA MED DRAGON OCH DIJON Krispiga baconbitar på toppen är en riktig hit i denna lättlagade festrätt! 4 portioner, 40 minuter 600 g kycklingbröstfiléer salt och svartpeppar smör till stekning1 gul lök½ dl vitt vin½ dl konc kycklingfond2 dl crème fraiche3 dl vispgrädde½ dl dijonsenap5–6 kvistar färsk dragon eller1–1½ msk torkad dragon250 g tärnat bacon SERVERINGSFÖRSLAG potatispuré, ris, matvete eller rostade rotfrukter 1. Dela kycklingen i 8 bitar. Salta och peppra runt om, bryn i smör och låt steka i ca 10 minuter. 2. Skala och skiva löken. Stek den glansig och riktigt mjuk i smör i en sautös eller i en låg vid kastrull. Tillsätt vinet och låt det koka in nästan helt. 3. Tillsätt fond, crème fraiche, grädde och senap.
