Den outnyttjade arbetskraften kostar samhället 70 miljarder kronor per år.

Vi förväntas jobba tills vi är 67 år eller mer. Men redan vid 40 blir det svårare att få ett nytt arbete, särskilt kvinnor. Vid 60 är återkopplingen från arbetsgivare nära noll.
