Varför blir vi osams när helgen kommer?

Jag och min sambo har båda haft en intensiv jobbperiod under en tid. Så fort helgen kommer blir det konflikt om vad vi ska hitta på och vi lyckas inte riktigt möta varandra. Vi har olika behov och önskemål om vad vi vill göra med dagen för att få återhämtning och fylla på depåerna. Samtidigt vill vi tillbringa helgen tillsammans då vi inte hinner umgås så mycket i veckorna. Till slut känns det som att vi varken uppfyller våra egna behov eller får en trevlig dag/helg tillsammans eftersom ingen ”riktigt får som den vill”. Hur ska vi hantera det här?
