Varför känner jag mig aldrig utvilad?

FRÅGA: Jag är ofta trött. Man kan säga att sova är en av mina favoritsysslor, finns det utrymme tar jag gärna en tupplur eller passar på att sova länge på morgonen/förmiddagen. Så länge jag kan minnas har jag haft ett större sömnbehov än de flesta andra av mina vänner. Svårast av allt är att komma upp på morgonen, det tar timmar innan jag ”känner mig som en människa” och varje morgon är en kamp, det krävs verkligen en kraftansträngning för mig att få upp mig själv ur sängen. Detta har inget att göra med hur länge jag sovit, jag kan ha sovit 12 timmar och är lika trött som om jag sovit sex timmar. Har jag inget planerat en dag så har jag inga problem med att ligga kvar länge…
