PÅSKTÅRTA MED CITRON OCH VIT CHOKLAD Baka en härlig tårta med fräsch fyllning till påskkaffet! 10 bitar, 1 timme BOTTEN 3 ägg3 dl strösocker3 dl vetemjöl2 tsk bakpulver1 dl kokhett vatten FYLLNING 4 dl smetana½ dl florsocker1 citron, finrivet skal1 dl lemon curd2 dl vispgrädde GARNERING 1 ½ dl strössel75 g vit chokladgodisäggcitronmeliss 1. Sätt ugnen på 175°. Vispa ägg och socker pösigt med elvisp. Blanda ihop mjöl och bakpulver och sikta ner det. Tillsätt vatten och blanda till en smet. 2. Kläm fast ett bakplåtspapper i botten på en form med löstagbar kant, 22 cm i diameter. Smörj formen och häll i smeten. Grädda bottnen i nedre delen av ugnen i ca 40 minuter. Låt svalna. 3.
