Tips! Med polkabetor i stället för rödbetor blir beef sticksen riktigt tjusiga! Räkna med att det går åt 100–125 gram rostbiff per person. Innertemperaturen bör vara 50–55º om man vill ha köttet riktigt rött eller 60° för mediumstekt, rosa kött. ​ THAISALLAD Chili, lime och cashewnötter skickar smaklökarna till andra sidan jordklotet! 2 portioner, 15 minuter 300 g stekt rostbiff100 g späda salladsblad2 avokador½ mild chili2 lime, pressad saft3 msk honung2 msk sesamfrön½ dl cashewnötter, osaltadesalt och pepparkoriander ev avokadoolja 1. Skär rostbiffen i tunna strimlor. Skölj salladsbladen och låt dem droppa av. Tärna avokadon. Kärna ur chilin och skiva den tunt. 2. Blanda limesaft med honung och sesamfrön. 3.
