HAVREBULLAR Saftiga frallor som får jäsa över natten. 24 bullar, 60 minuter + nattjäsning DAG 1 25 g jäst5 dl kall mjölk3 dl havregryn1 tsk salt6 ½ dl vetemjöl DAG 2 25 g jäst½ dl mjölk50 g rumsvarmt smör½ dl ljus sirap6 ½ dl vetemjöl GARNERING havregryn 1. Dag 1: Smula ner jästen i en bunke. Tillsätt kall mjölk och rör om tills jästen lösts upp. Tillsätt havregryn, salt och mjöl och arbeta ihop till en väldigt lös deg. 2. Täck degen med plastfolie och låt den jäsa i kylskåpet över natten, i 8–10 timmar. 3. Dag 2: Smula ner jästen i en bunke. Värm mjölken till 37°, häll den över jästen och rör om tills jästen lösts upp. Blanda ner degen från dag 1, smöret i bitar, sirap och…
