LAX MED RISNUDLAR, LIME OCH INGEFÄRA Med ingefära, lime och chili blir den här rätten en härlig smaksensation. 4 portioner, 25 minuter 600 g laxfilé, hel bit med skinn1 tsk strösocker1 tsk salt NUDLAR 200 g risnudlar1 mango3 salladslökar1 färsk röd chilifrukt1 ½ dl rostade salta jordnötter1 knippe färsk mynta1 lime i klyftor SÅS 2 msk flytande honung1 lime, saft och skal2 msk fisksås2 msk kinesisk soja3 msk sesamolja2 msk riven färsk ingefära1 msk vatten 1. Gnid in laxen med socker och salt. 2. Ge nudlarna ett uppkok i en kastrull med vatten. Dra från plattan och låt stå ca 5 minuter så de blir mjuka. 3. Blanda såsingredienserna. 4.
