Winpilot has fun with this notion by using a version of the animated paperclip to host a Copilot-style tool for tweaking Windows settings. Although it’s primarily designed to fix annoyances in Windows 11, most of Winpilot’s features also work in Windows 10, aside from those specific to the newer operating system. When you launch the program, the Clippy character – which Winpilot calls NeoClippy – immediately springs into action, offering to help with tasks such as ‘Uninstall an app’, ‘Tweak Windows appearance and performance’ and ‘Check available disk space’.
