PRICE $1,499 WEB www.aorus.com/en-au Another month, another super-premium gaming monitor from Gigabyte’s Aorus range. This is no bad thing, as its sibling, the FO32U2P, knocked it out the park. The 27-inch FO27Q3 is another QD-OLED monitor but with a lower, 1,440P resolution, no expensive DisplayPort 2.1 ports plus a headline 360Hz refresh rate. So, which is best? Our initial inclination was to choose more screen real estate and a higher resolution as 240Hz seems fast enough for many gamers, but it took all of several seconds to remember that the smoothness afforded by a 360Hz panel (especially with a fast 0.03ms pixel response time) is glorious and hard to give up.
