Add the 240Hz refresh rate of this Acer Predator, and you have a winning combination. The resolution of 1440p looks like a wise choice, even though it’s a step down from the old Quantum Dot Predator X27’s 2160p. By showing restraint and dialling it back a bit, Acer is able to increase the chances that today’s GPUs will be able to supply the high frame rates a screen like this deserves.
