Enemies go down in one hit, but so do you (with a few exceptions) and levels are tight little labyrinths where each room demands you clear it with maximum aggression and efficiency. The other top-line gameplay feature is your titular angry foot – not to be confused with the game’s protagonist, Anger Foot. You’re a single button-press away from one of the better melee attacks I’ve ever seen in a game, an instant-kill boot in the face that comes out fast with a generous hitbox. Every fight begins with you blasting a door open…
