Nvidia is playing games

With all the fanfare of a beginning band student, Nvidia ‘launched’ the RTX 4060 Ti 16GB on July 18. Except, much like with a few other less desirable GPUs in previous years, Nvidia opted not to sample media and press with review hardware. Even worse, while listings showed up as planned, everything showed “auto-notify” or “back ordered” for at least the next week. Cards are finally starting to be available, but reviews are few and far between. You might think it’s no big deal, but Nvidia’s RTX 40-series graphics cards have received a lot of negative press over the past few months.
