MICROSOFT WORD Show top table rows across multiple pages You can split your tables in Microsoft Word over two or more pages, but it might be hard to know what your data is referring to as you scroll down because you won’t be able to see the header row at the top of your table describing each column. Fix this by setting your header row to repeat on subsequent pages if a table splits over a page break. Start by highlighting your header row in your table.
