With tags assigned, you can view or exclude tasks based on those tags. You can filter notes that include certain text strings; filtering is done using Smart Lists and you can create lists showing overdue items, items in a specific location, or those created recently. Quick Actions allow you to choose from a number of presets, such as alert times or adding tags. You can edit these or add your own, either when you create a task or by selecting one.
