That’s also true for the XS1000, but here Kingston employs USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2, which has double the bandwidth of Gen 2 found in its sibling – and that’s why it proved twice as fast. Inside the box, you’ll find an 11.5in cable that’s USB-C to USB-C rather than the USB-C to USB-A bundled with the XS1000, plus a rubber sleeve.
