It’s a sizeable game complete with three dungeons and an overworld – and some of its own ideas atop the familiar framework. It begins with your spellbook being stolen by the obligatory evil wizard. These are the old style of Zelda dungeons, pre-Breath of the Wild. They’re split up into boxy rooms filled with locked doors, switches, enemies and obstacles, and overcoming them requires clever use of your abilities. The puzzles are strong here, with the occasional stumper that stopped me in my tracks, but never for too long.
