WINDOWS FILE EXPLORER’S GLITCHY BEHAVIOUR I’m currently having two problems with Windows 10: clicking on the Recycle Bin icon on the desktop opens File Explorer, so I can’t empty it, and if I open File Explorer from the Taskbar I’m unable to create a new folder – clicking the button does nothing. Can you help please?
