Recover from Paragon Backup and Recovery

1 SELECT BACKUP You can restore individual files and folders from within Windows itself – launch Paragon Backup and Recovery and select your backup from the left-hand pane. Roll your mouse over the dash immediately to the left of the clock in the Backup timeline to view its type and when it was taken. 2 CHOOSE VERSION To explore earlier backups, switch to the Table Layout view by clicking the button in the top right of the main screen. Select your chosen backup, then click the folder button as shown above, which will enable you to explore its contents within Paragon Backup and Recovery. 3 EXPLORE CONTENTS AND RESTORE Make sure you’re on the ‘Files and folders’ tab.
