Backing up is a necessary chore, and I know we’re all aware that it must be done. I’m also fairly certain that very few of us apply the levels of care to the task that we should. Now, I’m not talking to you, the Sys Admins that read APC — your good habits are soaked in. I’ve also run into many readers of APC and PCTA in the past that have adopted an obsession with good backup practice. It’s truly admirable. My hope is that this month’s Backup Superguide will spur on some that may need to take a fresh look at what and how they back up.
