I somras utlyste Bookmark Förlag en skrivtävling för unga talanger i samarbete med Aller media. Vinnaren blev 16-åriga Itisam Ali, som nu får sin novell publicerad i Allas. Här berättar hon om budskapet med sin text.

DET HÄR ÄR ITISAM Namn: Itisam Ali. Ålder: 16 år. Bor: I Göteborg. Familj: Mamma, pappa, fyra systrar. Gör: Studerar första året på gymnasiet. Drömmer om: Att få jobba med böcker. I samband med att Bookmark Förlag firade 10-årsjubileum i maj anordnade förlaget en skrivtävling för ungdomar mellan 16 och 19 år. Syftet var att uppmuntra unga talanger att våga satsa på sitt skrivande och samtidigt ge dem en inblick i bokbranschen. Över 130 bidrag skickades in under perioden maj till augusti. När juryn gjort sin bedömning utsågs vinnaren: 16-åriga Itisam Ali från Angered i Göteborg. Hon belönades med 10 000 kronor och en VIP-vistelse till Bokmässan i Göteborg i september, för att få bekanta sig med både förlagsfolk och författare.
