Arbetsgivaren testar din begåvning och personlighet innan du ens får komma på intervju. I många fall får du inte veta resultatet – utan får bara ett autosvar några månader senare. Varför du inte passade får du aldrig veta. Testerna har blivit allt vanligare och en uppskattning är att sju av tio företag väljer att använda tester i rekryteringar. Och äldre sökande faller ofta ifrån redan på de inledande kognitiva testerna.
