Rise of the rookies

With a number of Dakar wins under its belt in recent years, Toyota Gazoo Racing South Africa headed to Saudi Arabia earlier this year with a vision to prepare the team for even greater future success. Held in Saudi Arabia since 2020, the Toyota Gazoo Racing team rose to the challenge with Dakar-stalwart Giniel de Villiers and a duo of rookie drivers setting the scene. BERNARD HELLBERG JR was there to share in the excitement.
