Als sie den Auftrag erhielt, ein Haus aus dem 19. Jahrhundert bei PARIS umzubauen, verliebte sich Katja Pargger zuerst in den Garten. Dann schuf sie ein Interieur, das so viel Klarheit besitzt wie eine Zen-Meditation

Als Katja Pargger das Haus ihrer Auftraggeber:innen zum ersten Mal besichtigte, fand sie sich unverhofft in einem verwunschenen Garten wieder – Pflanzen überall! Der Bewuchs war sogar so dicht, dass es unmöglich war, eine Gesamtauf nahme von dem Gebäude zu machen. Einst hatte das Haus dem Maler Jacques Martin-Ferrières gehört, einem späten Vertreter des Pointillismus. In den 1930er-Jahren war er hier eingezogen, 20 Jahre danach ließ er sich im Hof…
