The Behemoth With 1,501 guest rooms, more than 485,000 square feet of meeting and convention space, four ballrooms, and eight dining options, the much-debated, seven-month-old Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center near DIA is a one-stop shop for travelers. It’s also not a bad place for locals to catch a game on Colorado’s largest HDTV screen outside of a sporting venue (75 feet wide by 14 feet tall) or enjoy an indoor-outdoor pool and lazy river.
