Jean-Louis Étienne, le célèbre explorateur, travaille sur le projet Polar Pod depuis maintenant douze ans. Il a mis au point un bateau spécial, vertical, qui sera le premier à s’engager sur l’océan Austral pour une durée de trois ans à partir du printemps 2024.
