Le Cour de justice de l’Union européenne a rejeté en grande partie, dans un arrêt publié le 14 septembre, le recours de Google contre sa condamnation pour abus de position dominante prononcée par la Commission européenne. L’amende record de 4,343 milliards d’euros décidée en juillet 2018 a certes été réduite de 5 % (le Tribunal ayant contredit la Commission sur quelques points techniques), mais elle culmine encore à 4,125 milliards d’euros. Le géant américain a été notamment reconnu coupable, par le biais de son système Android, d’imposer son moteur de recherche Search et son navigateur Chrome aux fabricants de smartphones en échange de l’accès à son magasin d’application. Google a deux mois pour former un nouveau recours.…
