Malgré un réseau aérien déjà bien garni, Amazon vient de signer un contrat pour la location d’avions (format cargo) avec Airbus. « Dix Airbus A330-300 seront loués auprès de l’entreprise Altavair », selon la vice-présidente d’Amazon Global Air, Sarah Rhoads. Ainsi, le géant de l’e-commerce continue d’investir dans le transport. L’objectif : se rapprocher de l’Europe et transporter des colis plus rapidement et sur de plus longues distances. Les avions prendront leur envol fin 2023.…
