L’étanchéité du Galaxy S5 en question

Suite à une chute dans l’eau pendant à peine trois secondes, mon Galaxy S5 s’est arrêté. Je l’ai donc envoyé chez Samsung qui m’a informé que la réparation sera hors garantie. Le fabricant confirme que l’appareil est bien étanche, mais dit que c’est de ma faute s’il a pris l’eau. Qu’en pensezvous ? Mardochée X. Le Galaxy S5 est certifié IP 67, cela signifie qu’il peut rester immergé dans l’eau douce (ni salée, ni chlorée) pendant trente minutes à un mètre de profondeur. Pour garantir son étanchéité, l’embout caoutchouté qui recouvre le connecteur situé à la base du smartphone doit être inséré à fond et la coque arrière bien clipsée, sinon l’eau pénètre à l’intérieur de l’appareil et le constructeur dénonce la garantie.
