1 PARTAGEZ DES DOSSIERS ET DES DOCUMENTS Dans la section kDrive, accessible depuis le menu général, cliquez sur les points à droite du nom de domaine, puis sur Dossier. Nommez ce dernier et choisissez de le partager ou non avec les utilisateurs ayant accès à votre cloud. Pointez sur Suivant, désignez les contacts autorisés à lire et à modifier le contenu du dossier, et actionnez le bouton Créer. L’icône du répertoire s’affiche au centre de la fenêtre, les contenus partagés dans la section Common documents. Ajoutez des éléments par glisser-déposer. 2 PERSONNALISEZ L’ESPACE DE TRAVAIL Activez l’onglet Gestion de kSuite en colonne gauche.
